Campaigns
Delivery reports now available for scheduled campaigns:
You’ll now receive a delivery report after a scheduled campaign is sent, giving you a clear picture of what was successfully delivered and what wasn’t. The report includes the total number of successful sends and a breakdown of any failed deliveries, with the reason for each failure.
You’ll get a single in-app notification that links straight to the campaign’s analytics screen so you can quickly review results.

Set campaigns to run on specific days of the month:
You can now schedule recurring campaigns to run on specific calendar days of the month — like the 1st and 15th, or any other dates you choose. This gives you more control over when messages go out, helping you align communications with clinical schedules or internal routines.
Previously, you could only set campaigns to repeat every X number of days, weeks, or months. With this update, you can precisely choose which dates each month your campaign should run.

Schedule messages for exact days like the 1st, 15th, or 28th
Align campaigns with key clinical or admin dates
Get more predictable and consistent delivery timing

Improved Scheduled & Recurring Campaign Delivery:
We’ve resolved an issue affecting how PACO handles scheduled and recurring campaigns to ensure they consistently deliver as expected.
In isolated cases, some sites experienced scheduled and recurring campaigns that were missing booking links, health forms, or did not send as intended. This fix ensures all scheduled and recurring campaigns now send as expected with all content included.
One-off Campaigns were unaffected and have continued to function as normal throughout.

Full inclusion of booking links and health forms
No impact on one-off campaigns, which continue to work as expected
